About the Project

Recruitment and Participation Regulations under the ‘UNIgreen Skills - Mobility Training Program’ Project.

 

 

 

Application deadline: 31 May 2026

 

The training will be held in two sessions (choose your preferred date):

  • 15-18 June 2026  or 
  • 23-26 June 2026

at Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW

 

Who can apply?

Staff employed by one of the UNIgreen Alliance Universities with at least CEFR B2 English language proficiency.

The Project is carried out under the NAWA Support - Agreement no. BPI/WUE/2024/1/00014

 

This course will cover the following topics:

Day 1 – Internationalization and its significance

Objective of the day: to understand the concept of internationalisation, to learn about strategies and models for its implementation, to reflect on the role of staff, and to familiarise oneself with educational tools useful in this process.

 

Day 2 – Intercultural communication 

Aim of the day: to learn about concepts and tools in the field of intercultural communication useful in academic work, to develop awareness of one’s own cultural background, and to reflect on their significance.

 

Day 3 – Training skills

Aim of the day: to develop training skills, prepare for delivering training sessions, and draw up an action plan.

 

Day 4 – Delivering workshops and evaluation

Aim of the day: to refine workshop delivery skills through micro-teaching, analyse potential difficulties, and develop skills in evaluation and implementation planning.
