- Decisions by Tutors/Mentors - until February 3, 2026 (decisions are made on an ongoing basis, decisions made are visible in the applicant's account)
- Enrollment 2 round: February 4, 2026 - March 6, 2026
- Decisions by Tutors/Mentors - until March 10 (decisions are made on an ongoing basis, decisions made are visible in the applicant's account)
Academic Tutoring and Mentoring Programs at SGGW are dedicated to all SGGW students and PhD students.

Tutors and Mentors (and their bios) to whom it is possible to apply in the current recruitment are listed in the OFFER tab or below.
It is possible to only apply to one Tutor or Mentor. Only one Tutoring or Mentoring process can be participated in a given semester. The decision of cooperation with a mentee or tutee (student/doctoral student) is made by the Tutor / Mentor. The decision is made on the base of the letter of intent attached during registration.
The letter of intent should be prepared before starting your registration. There are differences between way of your presentation to the Tutor and Mentor - [letter to Tutor template];[letter to Mentor template].
It is possible that before making a decision, Tutor or Mentor can initiate a short conversation (e.g., via MsTeams) with the potential mentee / tutee about their needs and motivations.
It is highly recommended that you register for the Academic Tutoring and Mentoring program at SGGW using new IRK account created with the use of your student/doctoral email address at SGGW (...@sggw.edu.pl)
