ERASMUS+ (Mobilność Studentów na Staże)

 APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Please become familiar with the information regarding the application process on the website: Internships

2. Create an account at https://rekrutacja.sggw.edu.pl/en-gb

3. Choose the recruitment: [ERASMUS-P] ERASMUS+(Student Mobility for Placements).
4. Complete the application. 

5. Upload the required documents: 

• CV; 
• cover letter (describing your scientific interests, academic background, skills and competencies and the suggested mobility period); 
• the confirmation of language proficiency (min. required level: B2; SGGW reserves a right to verify the student’s language skills by an internal online language test); 
• the signed General Data Protection Form; 
• the nomination letter/letter from the student’s home University; 
• in case of VET students: also an up-to-date grade sheet (only the applications from the 4th and 5th year students  will be considered); 
• the copy of the Learning Agreement for Traineeships signed by all three parties; 
• the copies of their insurance documents: 

-> accident insurance (valid during the outward and return journey and the whole mobility period and -     encompassing at least the damages suffered by the students at the place of the traineeship)  
-> general liability insurance (encompassing at least the damages caused by the students at the place of the traineeship) 
-> health insurance (EHIC card or in the case of the students from the non-EU countries: private insurance). 

6. Submit the application.
